Our clients are a dynamic company offering financial advisory services to a steadily growing client base. They work with high end clients and work across mainly commercial and residential deals.

All leads will be provided for this role as they are currently experiencing an influx of clients coming in.

Responsibilities

• Attend client meeting enquiring and understanding client credit needs and objectives
• Understanding and researching the lending landscape to find suitable loan solutions for clients
• Working closely with and advising clients of appropriate lending solutions
• Utilising CRM software to capture client financials data and prepare complying advice documents.
• Workshopping deals with banks to ensure smoother path to bank approval
• Managing client expectations throughout the submission and settlements process
• Assisting management with continuously improve and ensure operational procedures remail efficient and effective

Skills & Knowledge

• Qualified with a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management
• Minimum 2+ years experience in mortgage broking
• Experience with CRM software programs or wiling appetite to learn
• Ability to meet clients with confidence
• Ability to understand client financial data and arrive at suitable lending solutions
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
