What You Will Bring:

• 5+ years’ accounting experience.
• Experience in managing a portfolio and staff.
• Unrestricted work rights.
• Proficiency in Xero.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver strategic financial advice and business planning support to clients.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Manage and grow client relationships through regular meetings and guidance.
• Mentor and oversee junior staff, supporting development and performance.
• Drive efficient team workflow and meet individual and organisational KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for new business and contribute to firm growth.
