The Role

We’re after a qualified landscaper who knows how to get the job done right. Someone who can read a plan, drive an excavator, lead juniors when needed, and work the full scope — from decking to turfing, paving to planting. You’ll be across multiple job sites, keeping them clean, safe, and moving forward.

You’ll be responsible for:

Hard + soft landscaping delivery across residential sites

Operating equipment + keeping gear maintained

Keeping timelines and materials tight

Mentoring junior crew when required

End-of-day job reports + tidy work sites

Communicating clearly with the team and clients

Showing up sharp, every single day

What you’ll need:

6+ years in residential landscape construction

Trade qualified + White Card

Solid experience in hard + soft scapes

Confident on an excavator + with power tools

Able to read plans and follow them through

Reliable, respectful, switched on

Physically fit and ready to work outdoors

A no-BS attitude and pride in the finish
