Full time Position - Monday to Friday 2pm - 10pm
Payrate: $57-$60/hour + 16% Super + Leave Plus and Income Protection payments

What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform preventative maintenance on large plant and heavy equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and diesel engine faults
• Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics
• Provide timely breakdown support to minimise equipment downtime
• Complete accurate handover and maintenance reports
• Proactively identify potential maintenance needs and solutions
• Ensure all work complies with safety and company standards

What We're Looking For:

• Trade-qualified Diesel Mechanic
• Valid Victorian Driver's License
• Solid experience with heavy plant and machinery
• Strong understanding of diesel engines, hydraulics, and mechanical systems
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Desirable Experience:

• Previous work in industrial, construction, mining, or plant environments
• Familiarity with safety compliance and preventative maintenance standards
