St Patrick's Community Support Centre Limited (affectionately known as St Pat’s) is a respected, award-winning not-for-profit organisation with over 50 years of service as a homelessness support service and community housing provider in the Perth South metro. Our vision is simple but powerful: that all people have the opportunity to live securely and achieve their potential.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the redevelopment of our Queen Victoria Street Precinct including our new Engagement Hub for people experiencing homelessness and Social housing development and drive the delivery of other long-term social housing solutions as nominated for people at risk of or currently experiencing homelessness in Fremantle and the Southern Corridor.
About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to lead projects that provide dignity, stability, and hope to those who need it most. As the client representative, you will oversee the full lifecycle of capital works projects, coordinating with consultants, builders, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with St Pat’s mission and operational needs and management of project logistics, milestones and budgets.
You will report directly to the Director of Housing, working closely with our project superintendent and external partners to deliver high-impact infrastructure that supports our community.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning: Develop and refine detailed project plans in collaboration with the Executive team, architects, builders, and advisors.
Stakeholder Engagement: Advocate for St Pat’s interests in all aspects of design and construction, ensuring our values and vision are embedded in every decision.
Project Oversight: Manage timelines, risks, budgets, and governance across multiple capital works projects.
Strategic Advice: Provide clear, actionable insights to support decision-making and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
About You
You’re an experienced project manager with a passion for social impact. You thrive in complex environments, are an excellent communicator, and bring a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset. Experience in construction, infrastructure, or housing projects is highly desirable, especially within the not-for-profit or community services sector.
