RPG is seeking an experienced Plumbing Construction Project Manager to manage the delivery of commercial and civil plumbing projects from pre-construction through to handover. This role is ideal for a trade-qualified professional with strong organisational skills and a deep understanding of technical plumbing, project planning, and resource management.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of plumbing construction projects across commercial and civil sites

Conduct project handover meetings with the estimating/design team to fully understand scope, budget, and key milestones

Coordinate and schedule labour, materials, subcontractors, and equipment, working closely with site supervisors

Oversee project documentation and administration, including setting budgets, timeframes, and ordering processes

Attend weekly RPG project meetings and monthly planning meetings to track progress, forecast revenue, and optimise resource allocation

Lead site meetings with builders and other trades, ensuring clear communication and workflow alignment

Conduct monthly planning reviews to ensure work aligns with builder programs and profit targets

Maintain QA and WHS standards across all phases of the project

Mentor plumbing teams, resolve on-site issues, and ensure specifications are followed accurately

Liaise closely with operations management regarding team performance, site culture, and project health

What You’ll Bring:

5+ years’ experience managing plumbing or construction projects

WA Plumbing Licence (mandatory), with solid field experience

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

High-level communication across subcontractors, builders, and internal teams

Ability to manage multiple job stages and coordinate operational timelines

Skilled in interpreting hydraulic plans and construction drawings

Familiarity with construction WHS and QA requirements

Construction White Card and valid driver’s licence
