A fantastic opportunity has become available to work within a luxury car dealership in the Sutherland Shire as a Service Assistant working within our Aftersales Department.

Working hours for this role are 7:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday. You must be available to work these hours to be considered for this position.

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will be an integral part of our overall customer experience with responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Meeting and greeting customers as the first point of contact
• Answering of incoming telephone calls
• Booking Service Department appointments for customers
• Customer and vehicle database management
• Providing administrative support to the service team
• Offer and prepare refreshments for customers

Previous Automotive Industry experience in a similar role would be highly regarded, however applicants with relevant experience in other industries are encouraged to apply.
