We are looking for two Asset Managers to manage residential portfolios across
Bendigo and regional areas. You will oversee the full tenancy lifecycle —
onboarding, inspections, maintenance, rent management, compliance and exit.

Our residents may be navigating mental health challenges, financial hardship or
housing insecurity. You will need empathy, resilience, strong boundaries and the
ability to follow clear processes.

 Understand tenancy law and compliance obligations
 Can manage competing priorities without losing detail
 Want to work with a team that supports each other and backs their work

You will be responsible for:
 Managing rent, arrears, leases and maintenance via Ailo
 Onboarding and inducting new residents
 Conducting routine and maintenance inspections
 Handling exits, VCAT preparation and compliance follow-up
 Building productive relationships with residents, services and trades

To be considered, you will need:
 A valid driver’s licence
 Solid experience in tenancy, property or community housing
 A tech-savvy approach and confidence using digital tools
 Strong organisation, clear boundaries and great follow-through
