Due to continued growth and an internal promotion, they are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. Key Responsibilities
As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. Your duties will include:

• End-to-end processing of accounts payable invoices
  
  
• Matching, batching, and coding invoices
  
  
• Managing the AP inbox and resolving supplier queries
  
  
• Weekly payment runs and reconciliations
  
  
• Maintaining supplier records and ensuring compliance with company policies
  
  
• Assisting with month-end reporting and accruals
  
  
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth AP operations
  
  
• Assisting in Accounts Receivable tasks as necessary

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• A proven track record similar Accounts Payable position
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
  
• Experience using large ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, TechOne) preferred
  
  
• A proactive and team-focused attitude with the ability to work independently
  
  
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills desirable
