About the Role

We are seeking Project Managers located in Queensland. The successful candidates will be managing claims across Queensland and working from our office in Morningside, Brisbane, or for the right candidate, remotely in Townsville or Mackay. Fixed Term and Permanent engagement options available.

As the successful candidate, you will develop your management skills whilst applying your project management and support skills towards multiple claims across our portfolio of work.

Lead and manage multiple residential and commercial repair and rebuild projects

Potentially mentor and guide other Project Managers in a team lead capacity

Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Provide sound building advice and professional recommendations

Meet set time and KPI deliverables

Manage project budgets, tenders, specialist inputs, and quality control

Travel across Queensland and NSW as required

Skills & Experience:

Trade Qualification

Experience as a Licensed Builder and/or Site Supervisor

Strong knowledge of the National Construction Code, Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Qld), and other relevant building legislation

Proficiency with MS Office and the ability to quickly learn internal systems

Strong construction knowledge, particularly within the insurance repair and rebuild sector

Previous disaster recovery experience is highly advantageous
