About You

You will be an ambitious Corporate Lawyer with a minimum of 1 year PAE, up to 3 years PAE, looking to elevate your career and take your next step to be part of a leading practice in this space.

Advising across a diverse range of matters, you will enjoy working on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, private equity, foreign investment, corporate governance and general corporate and commercial matters

This team boasts a truly enviable client base including ASX listed companies, corporates and property developers.
