Qualifications & experience

• Advanced Scaffolding License (SA)
• Leading Hand Experience (minimum 5 years)
• Swingstage Experience (minimum 5 years)
• Excellent technological skills (we use mobile phone applications to assist with our day to day operation)
• Working at Heights Certification
• Unrestricted Drivers License (Current)
• Any other relevant certifications are a bonus and will strengthen your application

Tasks & responsibilities

• Constructing of complex scaffolded/swing-stage and hoisting structures ensuring structural integrity by adhering to engineered drawings and plans and compliance of the scaffolding standard (AS/NZS 1576.1:2019).
• Liaising regularly between Nexus Access site staff, management and our clientele.
• Leading crews of up to 10 scaffolders and swing stagers on site.
• Recording and holding morning toolbox talks and close-out reports on a daily basis
• Compiling accurate gear/materials-lists for ongoing works.
• Handing over of scaffolded structures complying to the Australian scaffolding standard.
• Preparation of materials at the Nexus Access yard if required.
• Troubleshooting of site issues.
