Are you an experienced Leading Hand or Supervisor looking for your next opportunity in the commercial construction space? We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on professional to oversee commercial works in Sydney's East.

About the Role:

As a Leading Hand, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring project timelines are met
• Working under an experienced Site Manager, carrying out outlined duties
• Coordinating trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to a high standard
• Conducting site inspections and reporting progress
• Assisting with hands-on work including safety installs when required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Leading Hand / Supervisor role within the commercial construction sector
• Strong knowledge of large building works
• Ability to read and interpret plans and scopes of work
• White Card and relevant construction tickets
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve on-site
