Manage access control and authentication across analytics tools, ensuring secure, auditable data use.

Support business units through self-service enablement and curated data models in Power BI.

Monitor performance and resource utilisation to improve scalability and reliability.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align platform functionality with the City's data strategy.

Champion training, documentation, and platform innovation across the organisation.

We're looking for people who have:

A tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience.

Certification in Power BI (e.g., PL-300: Power BI Data Analyst Associate).

Proven experience managing enterprise-scale Microsoft data and analytics environments.

Deep understanding of Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Microsoft Purview.
