This full-time position can be based in Bundaberg, Beenleigh, Brisbane, Ipswich, Melbourne, or Sydney.

What you’ll do:

• Dive into operational and commercial data to uncover trends, risks and opportunities.
• Build dynamic Power BI dashboards that bring data to life.
• Partner with senior management to build analytical solutions that support achievement of business objectives.
• Ensure data quality, consistency and governance.

What you’ll bring:

• Advanced skills in Power BI, Excel, SQL and Python.
• A strong background in business analysis and commercial problem-solving.
• Experience working directly with senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects.
• A solid understanding of financial metrics and business operations, preferably within a human services environment.
• Proven ability to understand and solve problems systematically.
• Kanda is a national group – while not overly frequent, successful candidates must be willing to travel interstate to collaborate directly with management (e.g. QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, WA).
