We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and adaptable All-Rounder to join our team at a busy adult venue located in Wetherill Park.

This is a fast-paced and dynamic environment requiring a hands-on individual with excellent people skills and a professional attitude.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across a variety of roles, including floor operations, reception, and general customer service. Experience in hospitality or adult entertainment venues is highly regarded, but not essential.

Greet and assist client in a friendly and professional manner

Support floor staff and entertainers where needed

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the venue

Assist with venue setup, restocking, and pack-down

Handle cash and POS systems accurately

Adhere to all venue policies and legal/licensing requirements

Requirements:

Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and public holidays

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability

Previous experience in a bar, club, or adult venue preferred but not essential

Females highly regarded
