The Role
As the Supervisor Technical Services, you will oversee all asset and infrastructure repairs and maintenance (including Minor New Works, Cyclical Maintenance and Urgent Minor Repairs programs).

You’ll also be responsible for managing all contractors, coordinating work requisitions, general land management (weeds, fire and feral animals), vehicle fleet management and the presentation of facilities and grounds.

As a ZAA-accredited park, it offers immersive, nature-based experiences—from walk-through aviaries and billabongs to engaging wildlife presentations. The Park plays a vital role in education, research, and conservation, while also serving as a valued community asset and cultural connector.

About you
To be successful you’ll have:

Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor and train staff and commitment to learning and continuous growth.

Demonstrated experience in asset and infrastructure maintenance, with service delivery and project management skills.

Demonstrated ability working to a high standard of Workplace Health and Safety and applying best practice land management.

Knowledge of contract and legal procurement requirements and ability to produce spreadsheets and reports.

Current MR Driver’s Licence, Level II Firefighting, Chem cert and chainsaw ticket or ability to obtain
