The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and capable Accountant with 2–3+ years of experience in public practice to join our team. This role offers genuine variety and responsibility across a broad range of client work. You will have the opportunity to further develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to high-quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

Preparation of management accounts and Year End Financial Statements

Preparation of Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) returns

Preparation of income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and SMSFs

Liaising with clients and the ATO

Contributing to advisory and planning work as appropriate

About You
We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced – with at least 2–3 years in an Australian public practice environment

Technically competent in tax and compliance for small business and investor clients

Proficient in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, Reckon etc

Detail-oriented with strong time management skills

A confident communicator who enjoys working in a team environment

Either studying toward or near completion CA/CPA (preferred, not essential)
