This agency boasts an impressive portfolio, from high-profile events like Formula 1 to long-standing relationships with major clients in the retail and automotive sectors. If you thrive on creativity, strategic client relationships, and overseeing the seamless execution of projects, this could be your next big move.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Building and nurturing key client relationships, becoming a trusted partner for a diverse range of accounts.
• Managing day-to-day client communications from project kick-off to completion, ensuring smooth sailing and happy clients.
• Actively participating in pitches for new business opportunities, helping to secure exciting new projects for the agency.
• Overseeing production efforts, leveraging your expertise to guide a talented team of producers. While you'll be hands-on when needed, your primary focus will be on strategic oversight and ensuring projects are delivered flawlessly.
• Acting as the vital link between clients, internal creative teams, and the production powerhouse, ensuring everyone is on the same page and working towards a shared vision.

What you'll bring:

• A solid background within an experiential agency, understanding the unique dynamics of live brand activations.
• Demonstrated client-facing experience, with a knack for building rapport and managing expectations effectively.
• Proven production experience, whether as a dedicated producer or in a role that heavily involved overseeing event or activation builds.

Salary:
