Financial Accountant | NetSuite | 3-Month Temp to Perm

Atomos is a video technology innovator – renowned for camera monitors, camera monitor recorders, and other accessories for streamers, videographers and content creators.

Atomos is an ASX-listed technology business, undergoing a period of transformation, with significant upside potential. As we scale our operations, and return to growth, we are looking to bring on a Financial Accountant with strong NetSuite experience for an initial 3-month contract, with a view to permanent employment.

The Role
This position sits within a lean but high-performing finance team, supporting month-end, reporting, and reconciliations with an initial focus on completing the FY25 year-end reporting tasks, including financial statement preparation, Audit and other ASX reporting requirements, including Appendix 4C and 4E.

Atomos is a truly global business, with teams in 14 countries. We have multiple entities, currencies, distribution and manufacturing centres. Candidates with experience in similar environments, in the FMCG space is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Working with the Head of Finance to complete and deliver

FY25 Year End Compliance and Reporting

FY25 Audit

o Month-end close/journals, accruals, provisions, prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations, FX entries, consolidation & adjusting entries, intercompany reconciliations, inventory reconciliations etc

About You

Ideally CPA/CA qualified or near complete with audit background

Strong hands-on NetSuite experience (essential)

Confident working across multiple entities

Proactive and detail-oriented, able to hit the ground running

Solid communication skills and an exceptional analytical mindset

Experience in a complex reporting environment with multiple trading entities

Proven excel expertise and technical accounting skills

Previous experience in a listed or regulated business is advantageous

Contract Details

3-month contract to permanent

Immediate start preferred

Happy to work from home, or otherwise in our Melbourne head office
