We are looking to hire a motivated, organised and team focused Sales & Leasing Assistant for our O’Connor office to assist with the co-ordination and administration of all our Leasing & Hire Fleet as well as Container Sales.

You will be an integral part of the Commercial Team, assisting the Commercial Manager with their customer projects and overseeing the processing of sales orders, as well as assisting Managing Director when required.

Tasks & Responsibilities

This role is ideal for someone who is looking to kick start or develop a career in sales

Previous Marketing, Sales and/or Customer Service experience is preferred

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

Processing of sales inquiries and preparation/generation of quotes

Process purchase orders from customers

Manage point-of-sale processes

Replying to customers' requests in a timely manner

Qualifications & Experience

High level of diligence and attention to detail

Enthusiastic & confident, with a “can-do” attitude

Highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Customer service focus

Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality

Be able to work as part of a team

Genuine passion to learn and increase responsibility

Experience with Data Entry/Microsoft Office incl Publisher

Experience with web related systems will be favorably considered
