Chihuahua Taqueria in Byron Bay is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize staff rosters (experience with Deputy is essential)

Order fresh produce and compare prices between suppliers to ensure cost efficiency

Recruit and train new chefs and kitchen staff

Maintain and enforce cleaning schedules to uphold hygiene standards

Create a monthly special and oversee dessert preparation

Additional Information:
