Empire Hospitality Australia has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Senior Housekeeping Supervisor / Site Manager for one of our Melbourne City 5-Star Hotels

Full time role - must have flexibility to work weekends (38hrs per week/5 days)
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Housekeeping management and Training

Empire Hospitality is looking for and experienced, motivated and reliable individual to join our Team as Training Manager for Melbourne City 5-star Hotels.
This position requires an efficient professional with the proven qualifications, skills, focus and experience to support the growth of the company.
The Assistant Executive Housekeeper is responsible for assisting and coordinating all training and quality of the Housekeeping Department to support the achievement of maximum efficiency. Specifically, through the training and development of staff based at the hotel, conducting regular quality checks and the ongoing review of employee efficiencies.
You will have the ability to step up and manage the department in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper.
Key position Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting in meeting excellent standards in the Housekeeping Department through training and mentoring our team.
Provide orientation, training and assessment to all employees and new starters at our hotels to meet the Quality and Cleanliness KPI.
Participate in Hotel quality auditing requirements, prepare action reports and implement actions to prevent reoccurring issues.
Schedule routine inspections within hotels to ensure quality meets expectation.
Evaluate employee performance to assist the Executive Housekeeper when necessary.
Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback and improve team member performance and maintain string productivity outcomes.
Ensure Workplace Health & Safety procedures are maintained and adhered to.
Complete regular safety inspections and identify hazards.
Ensure staff meet productivity requirements and the quality score of the hotel to the required standard.
Prepare weekly reports in relation to the Training and Quality standards of the hotel.
Work as the Housekeeping Duty Manager when required.
