One of Australia's leading MSP's is looking for an experienced IT service professional who can work across the Sydney metro region in a completely ON SITE technical IT role.

This role will see you step into a Technical Alignment Manager position where each day you will be on site with the companies clients and provide complete IT solutions, technical resolutions and optimisation on the clients computers, networks, systems, DNS and entire IT solutions.

We are looking for a motivated and genuinely passionate IT support professional who lives and breathes what they do both at work and at home in their spare time.

My client is a leading MSP that covers the east coast of Australia and has a wide variety of clients.

About the Role

This is a field-based position providing onsite support to a broad range of clients and optimisation of their systems. You will deliver high-quality IT services including troubleshooting, diagnostics, installations, and escalation support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct on-site optimisation and support for the companies clients

Audit the clients systems and provide fixes to increase speed and workflow

Work closely with a number of different industries

Troubleshoot network, software, and hardware issues

Deliver clear, professional communication to clients at all levels

Accurately document issues, fixes, and infrastructure changes

About You

Must be working for an MSP and minimum of a Level 2

Must be an Australian PR or Citizen

Live and breath your industry

Proficient with Microsoft Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and basic networking

Comfortable working with ticketing systems and following ITIL-based processes

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle

Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities

On Offer

Base salary of $80,000 - $95,000 per annum

Super at 12%

Car Allowance of $12k

Quarterly profit share bonus
