What you’ll be doing

You’ll lead the design and implementation of SAP-based payroll systems, working closely with enterprise clients to scope, consult, and set the blueprint for success. Configuration is typically handled by technical specialists your job is to own the client relationship, lead the design, and ensure delivery hits the mark.

This role is perfect for you if you have:

• Strong payroll knowledge and experience
• Implementation experience (vendor-side, client-side, or both)
• SAP exposure (as an end user or consultant)
• Strong client-facing skills and confidence leading enterprise engagements
• A background in consulting or enterprise solution delivery

Bonus points if you’ve:

• Worked for a payroll or HR tech vendor
• Led blueprinting or transformation initiatives
• Delivered large enterprise projects across multiple locations

Salary & Benefits

• $160K–$180K + 10% Bonus
• 3 days in the office, 2 days from home (flexible hybrid setup)
• Sydney or Melbourne HQ – your choice
