Our client is an industry leader in heavy industry workshop design, insulation and equipment supply’s, dominating the market across Australia and New Zealand.
As a major provider to mining, heavy haulage and the defence industry, their expertise and reputation of excellence has been the pivotal components in their ongoing success combined with high end customer service and internal company culture.
As the Outbound Appointment Coordinator, you will be working closely with the Internal Sales department and Field Sales team by reaching out to new and existing clients to arrange appointments for the Field Sales Reps to meet with decision makers across the various industry sectors.
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, your duties will include:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service whilst identifying new potential sales opportunities
- Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls
- Book appointments for the Field Sales Team with qualified target market prospects
- Setup and manage campaigns relating to product groups or customer groups to drive sales of selected products
- Look for new greenfield projects in early stages and keep warm until they are ready to move forward with design, specification and costing
- Be a CRM champion and advocate for accurate, up to date data from all sales team members.
- Attend all daily and weekly sales meetings either face to face or via Teleconference as per the sales meeting calendar
- Participate in market research and carry out surveys of customers as required
- Be a follow up champion, continually follow up internal tasks to completion

You will be supported with a clear strategic plan, ongoing product training and the opportunity to take ownership of your duties whilst making a significant impact within the national sales team. Strong outbound call experience is essential along with a success orientated mindset.
The role is based in Hemmant until the company moves on the 4th Jan 2026 to their new custom designed offices in Heathwood. This is an office based role.
