About the Role

We’re on the hunt for Appointment Setters who can have meaningful conversations with people looking to get ahead, whether that’s paying down their mortgage faster, minimising tax, or building wealth through property.

You’ll be provided with fresh inbound leads daily, full training, along with scripts and support from a team of experts. No cold calling, no pushy sales, just quality conversations that lead to booked appointments.

What You’ll Be Doing

Make outbound calls to enquired, qualified leads

Have engaging conversations about helping people

Set high-quality appointments for our strategy team

Understand client needs and gauge their level of interest

Track notes and follow-ups in our CRM system

What We’re Looking For

Experience in appointment setting, call centres, sales, or customer service is highly regarded

Strong communication and people skills

Self-motivated, goal-driven, and confident on the phone

Interest in property, saving tax and building wealth is a plus – but not essential

Organised, reliable, and eager to learn
