The Role: Front Office Phone Closer / Appointment Setter + Admin Extraordinaire

This is not your typical front desk job. You are the first voice and face that patients interact with - which means you will directly impact how they feel, how they book, and how they commit to their care journey.

We're looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented, and emotionally intelligent professional who can confidently

manage:

Key Responsibilities

- Phone Sales & Booking Conversion: Make and receive calls with confidence and empathy. Follow proven scripts to guide discovery calls and consultations. Close appointments and care packages with confidence and care.

- Patient Experience & Scheduling: Manage inbound inquiries and convert them to appointments. Handle reschedules and calendar optimisation with accuracy. Provide exceptional front desk experience in person and over the phone.

- Clinic Administration: Process payments, manage invoices and billing follow-up. Keep patient records organised and up to date. Oversee clinic cleanliness, opening and closing routines.

- Communication & Team Support: Liaise with the doctor, nurse and back-office staff to coordinate the schedule. Assist in patient education, follow-up calls, and pre-care preparations. Report key data and KPIs to the clinic manager weekly. Core Values We Live and Hire By

What You Bring:

- Experience in front desk, phone sales, scheduling or admin (healthcare a bonus).

- A friendly, upbeat phone manner with strong listening skills.

- Confidence in closing appointments and discussing care packages.

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask like a pro.

- Solid tech skills - familiarity with GoHighLevel, G Suite, or CRM platforms is a plus.

- A can-do attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
