$70,000 Base + Super + Coms

Solar Surge Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Solar Appointment Setter & Appointment confirmation specialist to join our team in Burleigh Heads, Queensland. This role is offering a salary of $70,000 + Super + Commissions. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to thrive in a rewarding and fast-paced sales environment.

This role is 9.30 am - 6.00 pm - Monday to Thursday & 9 am - 5 pm Friday

You will be provided with daily qualified leads to call and book into in-home solar appointments. We have our own D2D lead generation team plus advertising leads.

We are looking for someone that is proactive - gets in and gets the job done!

Experience in both solar appointment setting and confirming would be seen as a great advantage. The ability to create urgency to get our sales closers in front is required.

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 - 2 years of proven experience in solar appointments

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers

Proficient in sales technology

Passion for renewable energy and a desire to make a positive impact on the environment

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must have unrestricted work rights in Australia
