MJD Recruitment is thrilled to be partnering with a highly regarded organisation in the search for a proactive, confident, and solutions-focused Office Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of their Sydney office.
This is a key role that supports the broader team experience and keeps the workplace running smoothly. You’ll be the first point of contact for staff and visitors alike and the go-to person for all things office, facilities, and events.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Front of house: welcome guests, direct to meeting rooms, offer refreshments
- Oversee Woolworths and stationery orders, track office supply budgets
- Coordinate with Finance on large purchases (e.g. new kitchen appliances)
- Act as liaison for building management, cleaners, trades, and other vendors
- Keep communal areas, meeting rooms, and the kitchen tidy and well-stocked
- Coordinate internal events
- Handle ad hoc support like car park allocation, coffee machine maintenance
- Be the point of contact for general staff queries – managing expectations and workflows
What We're Looking For:
- 4 - 6 Years of experience in a office management role
- Strong problem-solving skills and confidence managing a wide range of tasks
- Excellent communication and the ability to set clear expectations
- A warm, engaging personality with a hands-on attitude
- Comfortable in a structured, larger corporate environment
- Someone committed to a long-term position – not just a stepping stone
