Are you a highly organised and detail-driven administrator, currently in real estate? Do you have the experience with Property Me?

Our client based in the inner North and is looking for an Administrator and Office support to join the office. If you have exceptional attention to detail and a strong background in administration & accurate data entry and time management skills, this is the perfect role for you!

About the Role.

• Manage and maintain accurate records for all rental properties including preparation of lease agreements & renewals
• Support the property management team in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
• Manage and maintain sales support administration
• Manage and maintain commercial administration
• Manage and maintain Owners Corporation admin where needed.
• Monday to Friday only

Salary up to $80K + super (depending on experience)

About You:

• A solid background in administration in Real Estate using Property Me
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
