Your Role:
• Manage daily office operations and customer enquiries (phone, email and in person)
• Coordinate field staff schedules via ServiceM8
• Prepare and process customer quotes, invoices, and track payments
• Handle payroll and onboarding using MYOB
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and relevant regulations including QBCC and FCRC
• Manage office supplies inventory and reorder as required
What You’ll Bring:
• 2+ years of Office Administration experience (plumbing/construction industry preferred)
• Strong organisation, communication, and prioritising/triaging skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MYOB and ServiceM8 (or similar systems)
• Positive, proactive attitude and team spirit
