A part time position of 25-30 hours per week is available within our growing business for a highly motivated and experienced administration officer/book keeper to join our dynamic customer focused team.

Working along side our Administration and Sales Support Officer, you will need to be a detail orientated professional with a great work ethic and possess excellent communication and multi tasking skills. Above all the successful applicant must have a positive can-do attitude, be motivated to succeed and open to learning and development.

NetSuite experience will be highly regarded!

Experience in a similar role is preferred to be short listed for this position, however as a priority we are looking for the right person. If you are a confident admin professional who is after an interesting part time role, this would be the ideal for this position for you.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments and organizing meetings.

Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank register.

Assist in the preparation and generation of BAS/IAS, sales reports, presentations, and proposals.

Maintain customer databases, update customer records, and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Process sales orders, quotes, and invoices, and handle order management from initiation to delivery.

Collaborate with internal and external suppliers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs promptly.

Assist in managing customer accounts, including handling customer requests, updating account information, and resolving customer complaints or concerns.

Maintain inventory of sales materials, collateral, and promotional items, and coordinate their distribution as needed.
