About the role:
We’re seeking a driven Project Manager with strong experience in commercial fit-out to lead a high-spec $5m office project. You’ll manage the entire lifecycle of the build, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional results on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day project operations from design finalisation through to handover
• Manage budgets, program, subcontractors, and safety requirements
• Liaise with clients and consultants to maintain project alignment
• Report to senior management and ensure KPIs are met

You will need:

• Proven experience managing fit-out or refurbishment projects from $2m–$10m
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction, building, or project management

Salary:
Up to $180k package with potential pathway to Senior PM for the right candidate.
