The Role
As Finance Manager, you will oversee the financial performance and reporting of approximately 40 property development projects. Leading a team of three experienced Project Accountants, you’ll play a key role in providing commercial oversight, maintaining project controls, and delivering accurate financial reporting throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3 Project Accountants
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for 40 active real estate projects
• Manage financial tracking from site acquisition through to construction and completion
• Review project feasibility and financials using Estate Master software
• Deliver accurate and timely reports to the CFO and executive team
• Partner with Development and Project Managers to ensure robust financial management
• Ensure compliance with tax, reporting, and internal control requirements
• Identify and implement improvements in project accounting processes

About You

• CA/CPA qualified with a strong background in project or property accounting
• Proven experience managing a small finance team
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end real estate development process
• Proficient in Estate Master or similar feasibility and forecasting tools
• Commercially minded with strong business partnering skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
