About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team at Custom Lift Interiors Pty Ltd in Salisbury, Queensland. As an employee at Custom Lift Interiors you will play a vital role in shaping the high-quality metal components that are central to our business.

What you'll be doing

Operating CNC press brake machines to accurately bend and form metal sheets and parts according to engineering specifications

Interpreting technical drawings to ensure parts are fabricated to the required dimensions and tolerances

Performing preventative maintenance on CNC press brake machines and troubleshooting any mechanical or operational issues

Assisting with assembly.

Collaborating with the production team to optimise workflow and maintain efficient manufacturing processes

Upholding strict quality control measures to deliver components that meet our exacting standards

Contributing to a safe and organised work environment by following all health and safety protocols

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a CNC Press Brake Operator, ideally within a manufacturing or fabrication environment

Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read and interpret technical specifications

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure precision and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet production targets

Commitment to upholding strict safety standards and quality control measures

Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in metal fabrication or CNC machining
