The Company:

We are a family-owned business who have been operating since 1962 & is well known throughout Australia as the manufacturer of choice for high quality, polished aluminium products. The production floor delivers high quality handmade bull bars and similar products for a range of large vehicles, encompassing the use of robotic folding and welding apparatus. The Company prides themselves on looking after their workers and creating a quality work environment with flexible start and finish times.

The position requirements include but are not limited to:

Experience in Aluminium Fabrication of parts

Experience Programming, Setting Up and Operating CNC machines. Brake Press experience desired but not essential.

Reading and interpreting drawings. CAD experience desired but not essential.

Display an outstanding attention to detail to achieve tight tolerances

Ability to perform QA checks

Maintaining stock inventory and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

Conducting quality assurance audits of customer product to ensure meeting high standards

Strictly following all required safety procedures

To be considered for this role you will ideally possess the following:

Experience in operating a CNC machine

Able to read and interpret drawings

Team player with the ability to build relationships with all levels of personnel

Can-do attitude and an ability to prioritise multiple tasks

Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision

Attention to detail

Good technical skills

The ability to follow correct procedures

A strong focus on safety

Ability to maintain a clean work area and good organisation skills

Hours: 5am-3:10pm, Tuesday to Friday, open to flexible start and finish time
