About the Role
We are currently seeking a CNC / Warehousing Assistant to join our growing team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. You’ll gain valuable experience across both CNC and warehousing operations, working closely with skilled tradespeople and support staff. Full training will be provided – CNC, computer systems, and safe material handling. Candidates with mechanical aptitude, computer skills, forklift experience, or a background in warehousing or manufacturing will be highly regarded. This is a great opportunity to build a career and expand the role into other areas over time.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with the operation of CNC machines (training provided)
Safely load and unload materials
Measure and inspect components for quality
Support general warehouse, dispatch, and labouring activities
Assist tradespeople and machinists with daily operations
Maintain clean and organised work areas
Follow all WHS procedures and safe work practices
Use computers and relevant software to complete daily tasks

What You’ll Need to Succeed
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
A reliable, proactive, and adaptive approach to work
Interest in manufacturing, engineering, or CNC/warehouse operations
Ability to follow instructions and work safely at all times
Physically fit – able to lift and move materials safely
Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
Experience in a workshop, warehouse, or trade assistant role is beneficial but not required
