We’re seeking a reliable and experienced Flashings Operator to join a leading sheet metal manufacturing team in Richlands on night shift. If you’ve worked in sheet metal or flashing production – and you’re comfortable working overnight – this could be your next long-term role.

🛠 About the Role

You’ll be operating machinery to produce custom flashings used in roofing, fencing, and fabrication projects. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, safe work practices, and a solid understanding of sheet metal processes.

🕒 Shift Details

Sunday to Thursday night shift (can negotiate a 4 day week for the right applicant)

Choose from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

You must be comfortable working night shift

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Operate flashing machines and press brakes
• Measure, cut, and fold flashings to specifications
• Read and interpret job sheets and technical drawings
• Conduct quality checks and basic machine maintenance
• Maintain a clean, safe work area

✅ Requirements

• Experience in flashing or sheet metal fabrication
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience with SWI machinery is beneficial
• Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
• Own reliable transport to and from Richlands
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
