We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis.

Position: Administrator / Office Manager

About Us:
We are a family-owned, independent, Australian Insurance Building company based in Brisbane, Australia. Specialising in insurance repairs across North & South Brisbane, Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Tweed, Northern NSW, Port Macquarie & Coffs Harbour. Providing clients and insureds with a range of services and tradespeople to complete any insurance related building claim and repairs, including RHF and Bespoke Homes.

About the Role:
This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who is confident using Prime Eco and Xero accounting software. You’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy construction team.

Key Responsibilities:

Entering and managing jobs in Prime

Monitoring and responding to email correspondence

General administrative support to the team

Coordinating client bookings and following up on contracts, quotes and invoices

What We’re Looking For:

Experience with Prime Eco and Xero

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

Insurance building industry experience is preferred but not essential

Prior experience in administration, office management, or construction support roles is highly regarded
