Attainable Care is looking for motivated and experienced Occupational Therapists (Contractors) to join our therapy team. With strong demand across both the NDIS and Aged Care Package sectors, we offer a flexible, supportive environment where you can focus on quality care – without billable hour targets.

About the Role

Deliver home-based OT assessments for a variety of clients, primarily within the Aged Care Package and NDIS frameworks.

Make tailored clinical recommendations based on each client's needs and environment.

Flexibility to grow into TAC or WorkSafe referrals if desired.

Workload, location, and schedule are fully based on your preference – we currently have high demand in Melbourne’s South East.

Skills & Experience

Degree in Occupational Therapy with AHPRA registration.

ABN, Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance.

Clinical experience in rehab, aged care, home care packages, or NDIS is highly regarded.

Ability to work independently with strong written and verbal communication.

Access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence.
