This company has built a name in Melbourne for high-quality commercial fit-outs. D&C is their bread and butter, with plenty of repeat business and ECI wins. Now they’re growing their Sydney presence — and doing it properly.

They’ve already got a five-person team on the ground. There’s a live $5 million project underway in the CBD and a second job ready to kick off. A local BD is opening doors. The office is right in the middle of town, close to the site you’ll be working on.

You’ll be joining a business with serious credibility, a healthy pipeline, and strong backing from Melbourne — but with the opportunity to help build something locally.

You’ll support a senior PM with contract letting, scopes, claims and general CA work. At the same time, you’ll assist the Melbourne-based estimator with pricing, reading drawings, doing take-offs and visiting sites as needed.

This suits someone with experience as a Project Coordinator, Contract Administrator or Quantity Surveyor with a head contractor, ideally in fit-out or commercial. You’ll likely have two years of experience and be keen for more hands-on exposure and growth.

Salary is between $100k and $120k plus super, depending on experience.

There’s a track record here of developing people. Many of their PMs came up through CA roles, and they’re deliberate about providing the right environment to step up. They’re also part of professional industry bodies, and like to have a bit of fun along the way, whether that’s team lunches or heading to the cricket or footy.
