About the role

As the Talent Producer, you’ll research, source, and manage talent to bring rich, human stories to life across digital platforms. From identifying content opportunities to facilitating shoots and maintaining a talent directory, you’ll be instrumental in driving the team’s creative output and audience engagement.

What you will do

Research, pitch and source talent to support content strategy

Build and maintain a dynamic talent directory across key cohorts

Coordinate logistics, consent, and communication with talent

Collaborate with internal teams to align talent with creative briefs

Track social trends and proactively pitch new content ideas

Work across video, social and storytelling teams to support delivery

What you will bring

Strong experience in talent/influencer sourcing and management

A flair for matching people with the right story or content opportunity

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Solid understanding of digital content production and logistics

A proactive, creative mindset with a sharp eye on social trends

Experience in content pitching and stakeholder coordination
