About the role:
As a key liaison between the organisation and service providers, you'll lead initiatives that strengthen partnerships, inform reform, and enhance the provider experience. You'll use your communication skills and strategic thinking to guide projects, create resources, and influence change.

What you will do:

• Lead provider engagement and education activities
• Draft and contribute to communications, reports, and strategic content
• Build and manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
• Coach and develop team members
• Evaluate sector feedback to shape future initiatives
• Support ministerial briefings and project work
• Identify and manage risks in provider relationships
