Responsibilities

Description

This is a counter sales role – working at a counter to assist customers – full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaising with customers either by phone, email or face to face to assist with their orders and requirements
• Coordinating and managing inward goods and ensuring accurate stock intake and processing
• Operating a high reach and counter balance forklift to move goods within the warehouse
• Picking and packing orders as required and arrangement of inter branch transfers
• Assisting with inventory management and stock-takes
• General warehouse duties as needed to support the team
• Managing sales orders for returns, including customer coordination for return shipments.

Skills & Experience

• You have sound Microsoft computer skills and have used Net Suite
• You have a keen attention to detail and a passion for quality.
• Forklift licence.- can operate both counter balance and high reach
• You have the ability to learn quickly and hit the ground running. We have a team around you to support you in this role.
• Enjoy working as part of a team who collaborate to provide the best outcome for our clients.

Shift times – 8.30am – 4.30pm
