Sales Admin/ PA

• Provide administrative assistance for sales and marketing initiatives.
• Manage property listings, including coordinating photography and advertising efforts.
• Assist with advertising campaigns, sales file processing, and account management.
• Support corporate operations across various departments.
• Salary $85K - $90K

Sales Admin/Campaign Manager

• Manage sales files, ensuring compliance with guidelines and practices.
• Oversee vendor-paid advertising campaigns and update CRM systems.
• Coordinate pre-sale and post-sale correspondence with vendors, solicitors, and tenants.
• Assist sales consultants with listing updates and quality control of documentation.
• Salary $75K - $80K

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate administration or a similar role.
• Polished phone manner and excellent verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and database systems.
