As our next Property Manager, you’ll be diving into a variety of exciting tasks, including:

Onboarding new clients and properties – let’s make a great first impression!

Promoting and leasing properties – your insights will be invaluable to our owners.

Managing tenancy renewals and rent increases – keeping things smooth and fair.

Conducting property inspections and handling maintenance – keeping our properties in tip-top shape.

Tackling rent arrears and issuing notices – ensuring everything’s on track.

Managing bond refunds and resolving resident disputes – maintaining harmony.

Coordinate maintenance tasks identified during routine inspections.

Perform regular property inspections to assess condition and identify any issues.

Processing and documenting findings from inspections and sending, detailed reports to property owners.

Foster and maintain positive relationships with tenants, prospective tenants, and property owners.

Ensure precise data entry and maintain accurate administrative records.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: You’ve got at least 1 years of solid property management experience under your belt. Training could be provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications: You hold a current real estate registration and QLD driver’s license.

Knowledge: You know your stuff when it comes to legislation

Skills: Your communication and negotiation skills are top-notch, and you’ve got a knack for resolving disputes. Proficient in computer skills.

Attributes: You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with excellent time management Handling all the essential admin tasks – keeping everything running smoothly.
