About the Role

We're on the lookout for an experienced Contract Administrator to support a diverse portfolio of capital delivery projects from post-award through to completion. You'll manage financials, claims, variations, reporting and stakeholder communication, ensuring contractual obligations are met and commercial risks are well managed.

You'll work closely with project managers, commercial advisors, contractors and suppliers to keep projects running on time, within budget, and in alignment with industry standards (AS4122, AS4902, AS2124 etc.). Your input will directly influence cost control, compliance, and overall project success.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years in contract administration or commercial management in construction, infrastructure, utilities or similar
• Strong understanding of contract law, AS standards, and commercial frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with contract/financial management systems and the Microsoft Office suite
• A degree in Law, Commerce, Project Management or similar is desirable
