We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on operator to take full ownership of DMS Assisted Transport — a newly launched assisted transport service that prioritises dignity, inclusion and community connection.

This is not a typical role. You’ll be building and running the service end-to-end - from coordinating daily transport operations, to promoting the program in local communities, overseeing compliance and risk and mentoring a small team of support-first drivers. This is your chance to lead with autonomy, embed systems from the ground up and grow a high-quality service that makes a difference in people’s lives — every single day.

Our clients include people with disability, older Australians, veterans, carers and families who rely on accessible, supported transport to stay connected to their communities. You’ll help us deliver more than a ride — you’ll deliver care, reliability and peace of mind.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Building systems, procedures from scratch and launching new services

• Developing and managing the daily operations of DMS Assisted Transport

• Coordinating driver rosters, bookings, client care and transport logistics

• Promoting the service and building community referral pathways

• Maintaining compliance with all regulatory and funding requirements (NDIS, Aged Care, DVA, Point to Point)

• Supporting a small team of drivers who act as support workers first

What You’ll Need

• A relevant qualification (e.g. business, community services, health or disability) or equivalent experience

• A current unrestricted driver’s licence

• Willingness to undergo required checks (NDIS, WWCC, Police, Driving History, Medical)

• Knowledge of the NDIS, Aged Care or assisted/community transport preferred
