We’re on the lookout for a confident and experienced Relief Supervisor to support the leadership of our vibrant Harvest Bistro team.

At the heart of our Club, Harvest Bistro is a family-friendly dining destination serving wholesome meals made with fresh, local, and ethical produce. We pride ourselves on delivering warm hospitality and memorable moments for our 50,000+ members and guests.

As a Relief Supervisor, you’ll step up to lead the team in the absence of our regular supervisors—while still being hands-on in all aspects of bistro operations. This role is perfect for someone who can work under pressure, lead by example, and connect naturally with customers, creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience every time.

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in a fast-paced food service or hospitality environment

A natural leader who leads by example and motivates the team

A bubbly, confident personality with a love for people and service

Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Flexible availability, including weekends and nights

In this role you will:

Oversee daily service operations when rostered as supervisor

Provide support and direction to the team during peak periods

Ensure our service standards are met and exceeded

Step in as a hands-on team member when not rostered in the relief supervisor role

Create meaningful interactions with members and guests to deliver exceptional experiences
